To register an account and use idn168's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on idn168. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of all wagers, and forfeiture of all balances. idn168 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and identity verification cross-checks.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must notify idn168 customer support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
idn168 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations, we require all users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit scanned copies or clear photographs of the following documents:
All documents must be legible, unaltered, and valid. Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in your account being restricted and withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is completed.

All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and the maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100.000.000, subject to your selected payment method's limitations.
Deposits are typically credited to your idn168 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. idn168 does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees independently. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your account has been fully verified (KYC completed) and your account balance is at least Rp 50.000 (the minimum withdrawal amount). The maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Most withdrawal requests are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (08:00-22:00 WIB). Off-peak requests are typically completed within the same business day. idn168 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply receiving fees over which idn168 has no control.
If you have an active bonus on your account, you must complete the associated wagering requirement before you can withdraw any funds, including both the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it. See Section 6 (Bonuses & Promotions) for full details on wagering requirements and bonus terms.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, idn168 reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal. Deposits must be wagered at least 1× (one time) before withdrawal to prevent the platform being used as a money transfer service. Failure to meet this minimum turnover requirement may result in withdrawal requests being declined.
idn168 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance the player experience, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the promotion page and must be read in full before claiming any bonus.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any funds (bonus or winnings) can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30× (thirty times) the combined amount of the bonus plus the qualifying deposit. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000 and receive a 100% bonus of Rp 100.000, you must wager a total of Rp 6.000.000 (30× Rp 200.000) before withdrawal is permitted.
Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, you must not place any single bet or wager exceeding Rp 100.000. Breaching this maximum bet rule will result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided, and your account balance being adjusted accordingly.
idn168 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or cancel any bonus where we reasonably believe that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or bugs, or any other practice designed to gain an unfair advantage. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
All games on idn168 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published transparently for every slot game. Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and use physical cards, wheels, and dice to determine results. Crash games implement provably fair algorithms that allow players to independently verify each round's fairness.
All football betting and sportsbook wagers are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing body of the competition (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or suspended, settlement rules vary by bet type and are detailed in our sportsbook rules (available in the FAQ section). In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during gameplay, idn168 will make every effort to restore your session and ensure fair resolution. For slots and crash games, if a technical error occurs mid-round, the round will be voided and your stake refunded. For live casino games, the dealer's result stands even if you are disconnected before the round concludes. For sports betting, if odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, idn168 reserves the right to void affected bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on idn168 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
Any user found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and all funds forfeited. idn168 may also report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
idn168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we reasonably believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory obligation. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: breach of eligibility requirements (e.g., underage gambling), bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 8.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request voluntary self-exclusion from idn168 for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to place any wagers, make deposits, or receive promotional communications. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completing any active wagering requirements). Once your account is closed, it cannot be reopened. If you later wish to use idn168 again, you must register a new account (subject to these terms).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idn168, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
You acknowledge and agree that your use of idn168 is at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk, and there is no guarantee of winning. You should never wager more than you can afford to lose. idn168 provides entertainment services and makes no warranties or representations regarding the profitability of any wager or game.

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of idn168, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree that the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction in which idn168 is licensed. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against idn168. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn168 holds its international gaming license. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
